Daniel Young, 38th Infantry Division, and Tait Nelson, lead engineer, Provincial Reconstruction Brigade Combat Team, meet with local Afghan contractors discussing the construction of a $35 million road connecting two provinces in Jabal us Saraj district in Parwan province, Afghanistan, Oct. 18. When completed, this road will be one of the most important east to west transit highways in Afghanistan.
