| 説明 | This Belkin USB mini-hub is attached to 'ayeka', the Linksys NSLU2 device which acts as our home server. The 'slug' (NSLU2) only has two USB ports, and one has the main hard disk connected to it permanently, so a USB hub is almost essential if I want to plug in much else to the machine.The hub is USB 1.1, as this reputedly works better with Unslung (the replacement software 'ayeka' uses). See the notes for a few points of interest.(Update (28/1/2008): I have just replaced this hub with a USB 2.0 one, just in case I want to connect another storage device in future. No performance problems so far.) |
