| 説明 | Town Center, desgined by I. M. Pei, at Waterside (East) . On the far right just off 3rd Street, SW, facing M Street, SW. Standing in Safeway's parking lot on M Street, SW, between 3rd and 4th Streets, SW, viewing the two apartment towers that comprise Town Center . The one in the front has been fenced in, in preparation for demolition . Though, I believe all residents have vacated from the second Town Center, at the rear, I did see people entering and exiting the building .
