| 説明 | In my never-ending quest to find out a good way to cook with gin!Marinade:2 tbsp gin2 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp black-strap molasses1 tbsp grated or dried onions1 tbsp crushed juniper berries1 tsp salt1/4 tsp sugar1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 lb lean beef cut into thin strips (beef for stir fry)1/2 bunch (1/2 lb?) asparagus, cut into 2 inch strips.Cook meat in a skillet over med-hi heat until browned, add asparagus and simmer, covered, until asparagus is cooked to taste (I like most vegetables crisp).
