| 説明 | On the way back from Kitchanga Mansoor pointed out a kindergarten that two years ago UNICEF with a local NGO had supported by building latrines and a rainwater tank. The latrines were filthy and the tank did not work: the tap and guttering had been stripped off. As we move out from Emergency response to Development, this is the biggest challenge we face, how to work with communities so that the work we do together is cared for, maintained and improved and not abandoned. The iron bars are to keep people from stealing the tanks. |
