| 説明 | i think in order to explain the apparent paradox between asceticism and the incredible detail of the buddhist temples, one has to realize that the monks' daily responsibilities revolve prirmarily on temple upkeep. i don't think that the creation of such beautiful is as much a result of vanity or tribute as it is to making their minds drop worldly concerns and find enlightenment by changing the way the mind thinks. |
