| 説明 | TOMB OF LIU ZONGYUAN'S DRESSIn 820 A.D., the second year after Liu Zongyuan's death, his remains were carried back to Chang'an and buried in Wan Nian County, a place in today's Lintong County of Xi'An City. In order to commemorate Liu Zongyuan, people built a tomb for his dress near Luo Chi Pool. For more than 1000 years the tomb had been repaired repeatedly until the original one was levelled to the ground during the Cultural Revolution. The existing tomb was built in 1974, and the inscription on the tablet was composed by Guo Moruo, a famous writer of our time."Tang Dai Liu Shi Yuan Yi Guan Mu" |
