| 説明 | A bottle of Mokah Imperial Stout from Southern Tier Brewing Company in Lakewood, New York.This 11% abv imperial stout, part of the Blackwater Series Imperial Stouts from Southern Tier, was brewed with real chocolate and coffee. It poured a dark brown color with a frothy beige head. The aroma was strong, with sweet notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee. The mouthfeel was soft and creamy, the taste was rich and fairly balanced between the sweet chocolate and the bitter coffee. Both flavors lingered in the aftertaste, masking any hints of the high alcohol content - a rich dessert in its own way and a great beer! |
