| 説明 | [F094014] As the emergency-maintenance project is carried on the top of the board (with more "done" elements piling up, there is also some activity on the bottom of the board.I was prepared to keep all of that dormant. Instead, as opportunities for other work came up and the maintenance-project urgency allowed for it, I added items and also began working with orignally-dormant items. It will continue that way, with other priorities influencing the balance and the mix.I'm still letting "done" items to just pile up until I introduce a completion process for reviewing and discarding them.Now that I have a breather after completing the first "more-emergency-than-the-rest" stage of the maintenance activity, I must create the next stage of that effort as well. |
