| 説明 | [F094003] The new project was added to the cleared space at the top of the board.Although large kanban boards that deal with sequential flow and process stages often involve two boards, one for the stages and another more like the format I choose for a Personal Kanban board. Because it is personal, I can make informal divisions on the same board, along with other adjustments. For example, I will often move something from "doing" back to a "ready" slot when I have reached a checkpoint and want to set the work aside for a while. In this particular case, there are dependencies between the items, with those on the left actually depending on the ones to the right for completion (more-or-less strongly).Maybe this means I should be using backlog, but that didn't seem visual enough, and I chose to do it this way, since I am the only one who has to remember what the rules are among these items. |
