| 説明 | EN:The picture depicts the tombestone of one of the saxon bishops. Initialy burried in the fortified church, the remaines of all bishops and their tombstones are now in the so called Mausoleum Tower. The fortified church is built in the center of the village, on the hill. Surrounded by two circular defense walls, the first church was mentioned in 1402. Today’s church has been erected in the first quarter of the XIV-th century and replaced the old one completely. The church and its fortifications are since 1993 on the UNESCO World Heritage List.RO:Placa de mormant a unuia dintre episcopii evanghelici de la biserica cetate din Biertan. Biserica cetate este situata in centrul satului, pe un deal. Prima constructie, mentionata in 1402 a fost probabil o basilica gotica. Aceasta a fost inlocuita in intregime de o biserica hala construita in primul sfert al secolului XIV. Biserica si fortificatiile adiacente sunt din 1993 in patrimoniul UNESCO. |
