| 説明 | Sew up both sides of the body of the shirt (which should still be inside-out), leaving 5/8" seam allowance, as shown. If you're not using a Serger, that is, if you're using a regular sewing machine like I am, you might want to cut all of the seams down to about 1/4" when you're done sewing all of the seams (including the sleeves) and "finish" their edges with a zigzag stitch. Or if you're feeling particularly talented and ambitious, you can use French seams in lieu of all of this. But French seams are kind of a pain, so if you're new to all of this (or just want this project over with quickly), I wouldn't bother. |
