| 説明 | This was the most delicious curry I have had and I've had hundreds! Thai Red Curry Paste in a wok with spanish onion, red peppers and mushrooms cook for about 15 minutes while you boil the rice. Then heat half a can of coconut milk with three of four spoonfuls of sour creme in the microwave for a minute and mix in with the curry on low. Put over one cup rice - serves two or one twice! |
