| 説明 | This is an incredible coordinated proposal by several major Dallas commercial developers to pitch what is undoubtedly the best option in the nation for Amazon to locate their new HQ2. This proposal is coordinated by Ross Perot Jr.'s Hillwood Urban, which just happens to have an inside track with having already built 17 facilities totaling 14 million square feet in 8 different states for Amazon, including several in Texas. Hillwood had already proposed building an office tower for Amazon in Victory Park prior to Amazon announcing their HQ2 requirements. Hillwood has to be considered an insider in the competition for HQ2 with them already being a trusted and proven development partner of Amazon ... as in all things in life relationships do matter!The coordinated plan lays out very succinctly how Amazon can get to its full 8,000,000 sf campus build out in an organized fashion. The dynamic growth that has already been underway in Downtown Dallas' Victory Park, Uptown and CBD Districts has provided thousands of residential choices immediately at the footsteps of the proposed Victory Park Amazon Urban Village. Undoubtedly tens of thousands additional residential units will be built to accommodate the tens of thousands of new employees.The Victory Park Urban Village would reside in the middle of mass transit enabled access with the Victory Park DART station in its midst (Downtown Dallas is the central core of the largest mass transit light rail system in the nation). Amazon has made easy access to rail mass transit one of the highest priorities for their HQ2 selection and for it to be available day one ... not some future date but in the present. Many of the cities bidding on HQ2 seem to not get this critical Amazon requirement ... Downtown Dallas has it in spades.Additionally with the Victory Park Amazon Urban Village a veritable plethora of sports, shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor park choices are literally at the Urban Village's doorstep.With easy access from Victory Park Amazon Urban Village to the entire Dallas Metropolitan area available via mass transit rail or by freeway Amazon's workers can live in a multitude of residential options in addition to the urban residential choices that will surround the campus.As a point of observation, the building labeled "6" in the Urban Village graphic is the planned "Perot Tower" that I have posted immediately to the left of this image.
