| 説明 | pollo from Pollo Stav; in my experience the most typical of Ecuadoran meals. You can find this anywhere and everywhere in Quito, for sure. The sauce is "aji" which is muy tipico and the potatoes (what could be more Andean?)are boiled with a little salt. |
