| 説明 | A yummy cake! At the base was a thin almond praline crust, topped with 2 layers of flourless almond sponge, sandwiching a raspberry mousse-y layer. All of this was followed by a layer of creamy white chocolate mousse, and finally, all covered in a thick, rich, viscous raspberry creme.The almond meal in the flourless sponge was ground really finely.
