| 説明 | A bottle of World Wide Stout from Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, Delaware, at the Oslo Øljunta tasting session at Lørenskog on June 13.The World Wide Stout is brewed using six different yeast strains over seven months and then aged for half a year. With a strength of 18% abv it is currently one of the strongest imperial stouts in the world.It poured a pitch black color with a small, light brown head. Unfortunately, the bottle was a bit warm so the alcohol was very dominant in the aroma. I could still sense the rich aroma underneath, with coffee, roasted malts and dark chocolate. The mouthfeel is huge and creamy but a bit stingy from the alcohol. Very rich flavor of dark chocolate, sweet molasses, malt and raisins - almost like a good port wine! It also had a long, sweet aftertaste. A huge beer by all means! |
