| 説明 | I'm trying out my new and reletively inexpensive slide/neg scanner. The first picture is one I purchased from eBay some time ago and shows Charles Cook's brand new Leyland Royal Tiger Doyen C441 HHL on a Leyland Bus display at a trade show. It was new in October 1985, and apart from appearing at the show it also graced the cover of a trade journal and the 1986 Leyland Bus calendar. It was to be the last new vehicle purchased by Charles Cook and served in the fleet for 11 years before disposal.At the time of writing, it still exists owned by a preservationist - I can only dream of seeing it one day restored to full glory. |
