| 説明 | Merlynston Creek is a tributary of Merri Creek in Melbourne's northern suburbs. It is about 11 km long from it's source in the industrial areas in north Campbellfield a little north of the Ford Broadmeadows plant, to it's confluence with the Merri Creek just above Coburg Lake, north of Carr street. I traced it's path through retarding basins and reserves and the Fawkner Cemetery, documenting it's surrounds. The creek starts in National Boulevard Nature Reserve in Coolaroo-Campbellfield next to the unused single train line north of Upfield Station. It follows the unused railway line before moving further west before going under Barry Road, Dallas. From Maffra street it is a concrete drain until after Benalla street bridge. |
