| 説明 | Some things:My Pro account is going byebye tonight, and I don't have money to buy another right now. I'll get another one eventually.Exams are coming up, I have 54265437653234 assignments due this/next week.I'm currently broke, I'm working but can't work enough because of school.By the end of this month I'll be moved back to Ottawa for the summer. I've got a great place lined up with some really cool roommates. It's going to be on the same street where I lived the first time in Ottawa, only this time it's even closer to where I want to be. Stellar. I'll be working all summer in Ottawa, but "from home", so I can work in my PJs if I want, or I can get up and go to a café or wherever I want to. How cool is that? I've got some personal projects for the summer which I want to get some work on, maybe set myself up financially for the next year. Who knows. I'm looking forward to the summer.If I can afford them, I need to buy a pair of glasses. Contacts rock most of the time, but my eyes do not. My friend Amina is going to help me find a good pair. She's got style. I'm working on it.I've been writing a lot more lately, and I love it. But I'd like to write more. I'm starting to get much more organized which is helping, but I'm in a constant motion, so we'll see where I am by end of summer. I got an A on a term paper (worth 30% of my grade), I was 1 of 6 As in the class, and I wrote the paper in 4 hours. I think I did a terrible job on it, I guess the Prof did not! I need a new set of notebooks if I'm going to continue writing, mine are getting all mixed up with other projects. I need separation. (As an aside, if I ever happen to die could someone please publish all my writings? Or at least put them online)I might pass calculus this term. Might. Third time's a charm? Maybe I can get out of first year math? I'm in my third year of university anyway. I don't like my school, and I don't think my school likes me. Oh what am I saying, I brought them a lot of attention this term. They owe me one.I'm kind of confident about the math class, not so much about my computer architecture class, however. Building circuits is not where I excel. Nor (LOGIC PUN) is boolean algebra. You'd think working in binary would be simpler, only 2 values. But it's not. It's becoming more apparent to me with each passing day I'm less of an engineer and more of a designer. Too bad school doesn't cater to that. It's just as important as the engineering part. If not more. Ever tried to use an MP3 player that was poorly designed (ie NOT an iPod)? That's right, it's impossible. Stupid engineering.Well I've got the rambles.To summarize I'm going to take a break for a bit. Hopefully I can afford this again in the near future.peas. |
