| 説明 | Under a dim red light, I first removed the paper backing from the roll of film, seesawed the film up and down in the developer tray for 5 minutes, then through the shortstop (acetic acid) for a minute, next to the hypo tray. After several minutes I turned on the light to see the results.I think the photo was taken in early 1937. I set this up in the basement of the family home north of Worthington, Ohio. I had to work at night and didn't build a darkroom until several years later. There was almost no ambient light at night back in the thirties, so it worked well. The film was probably 620 Verichrome which, as I recall, cost 30 cents a roll. |
