| 説明 | The last full-sized Navigable Pass shell (#11 of 12) is receiving its largest concrete placement. The shell is part of the wicket dam across the Ohio River and will outfitted with the wickets on the upper-most portion of the deck. The lift #3 placement spanned seven continuous hours and consisted of 600 cubic yards of concrete. |
