| 説明 | Ypthima Huebnéri is only one specie present in India, Burma, Indochina, Thailand peninsular, Malaysia, Yunnan South Member of Nymphalidaé/Satyrinaé family Discover by Kirby 1871common name : Common FouringWingspan: 30-35 mm The Common 4-Ring is almost as abundant as two other species of the Ypthima species featured on this website. It is much smaller in size when compared with the Common 3-Ring and Common 5-Ring but is often found in the same localities. It is a weak flyer and keeps close to the ground most of the time, except when feeding on flowering creepers. The species, like its other cousins are regarded as drab and "unattractive" butterflies and often ignored by most observers. |
