| 説明 | Built as New St Andrews House, an overspill building for the Scottish Office (now the Scottish Executive), it has been empty since 1996 when they moved to their new HQ in Leith. As part of the St James Centre, it replaced this.The Royal Bank of Scotland were planning to redevelop it has their new HQ (basically flattening it and starting again) but changed their mind and built instead out at Gogarburn, next to the airport. Since then it has been renamed St James House - as if rebranding it is going to fool anyone...! |
