| 説明 | Cantonese renditions of Hakka food, and not that well executed either.The so-called 盐炬鸡 salt-baked chicken wasn't too bad. The chicken was smooth and briny, but lacking chicken flavour, even thought they claim it is a free-range chook.The 鱼旦汤河粉 fish ball with hor fun noodle soup is passable, but nothing fancy.
