| 説明 | **SAME AS THE OLDER SHOT BUT WITH THE BLACK LINE ERASED...I DIDN'T REALISE WHEN I DID IT I WOULD THEN HAVE TWO VERSIONS***Fuji colour film 160ASA. f3.5. Approx 2min (counted in my head)I am really happy with this shot in terms of exposure (maybe a little longer would have been nice but I don't have a cable and was pressing the button the whole time). Im a liitle disappointed because I thought this was a more centrally composed horizon...and I wanted to achieve a kind of geometric symmetry particularly given the subject. Do you think its OK to ignore the rule of thirds in these cases? I actually like the rule and I didn't want to break it for no reason, just replace it with a different underlying composition. I have been talking with wolf brigade about this lately...I want to try and compose differently in 120mm sqaure than when Im using 35mm (or digital equivilent). www.flickr.com/photos/the_wolf_brigade/3219374713/ |
