| 説明 | The noodles are smooth and chewy, the soup base is well-rounded and flavoursome, and the 生煎汤包 Pan-Fried Pork Buns were fluffy bread outside with a juicy pork filling inside. At the bottom of the buns was a crisp shell from the pan-frying.A very typical dish of 卤方干鹑蛋 braised beancurd was given a twist with the addition of quails eggs!
