| 説明 | This is Belle, our oldest dog. She is a lab/sheltie cross and turns 16 this March. I found this shot in my archives and thought you might enjoy seeing it. This was taken in October of 1999 with my 35mm camera. Black dogs are hard to photograph, but I snapped this one during the magic hour, that hour just before sunset.Belle was our Labrador/Sheltie mix. My wife adopted her from the Animal Humane Society in 1993 when she was just nine weeks old. She lived 16 years and seven months -- an amazingly long time for a dog her size. She died today, October 24, 2009, surrounded by her family and our other animals. |
