| 説明 | The captions make it a rather busy slide but I hope it gives an impression of the kit I currently use to capture the images needed to make focus-stacked photos. The stacking process is automated so I can set it up on the laptop which controls the stepper and the camera shutter release, start it going and then get a cup of tea or several while it slowly captures the images needed to make a stack. It is mainly home-brewed using dimly-remembered metalwork lessons from my youth and heavily inspired by much more professional work by gurus such as Chris Slaybaugh of Bratcam fame: photomacrography.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=73277I use various lenses including the Canon 2.8/100mm macro alone or with Raynox attachments or with 4x or 10x Nikon infinity-focus microscope objectives, or a Nikon Nikkor f4/200mm telephoto with the microscope objectives or a JML 20x lens attached to the camera body by a long empty tube. I almost always use the Ikea LED lamps with various improvised diffusers and typically shoot exposures of 1 - 2 seconds and leave pauses of several seconds after moving the camera before triggering the shutter which is also delayed by 2 seconds to give time for everything to settle down before taking each shot. I always start with the camera manually positioned as close to the subject as needed and then step away so as to avoid collisions! Unfortunately the rig has developed a habit of occasionally jumping back a few steps - perhaps due to the dreaded dodgy fine-focus gear, but it is usually possible to work round this and frankly I haven't the energy to strip the rig down to eliminate the jumps and start again! |
