| 説明 | We pass several dusty, small towns teeming with life on our way from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. And almost all of the hundreds of streetside cafes and restaurants along the way advertise Pho, or the famous Vietnamese beef (or nowadays sometimes chicken) noodle soup. Pho is the de facto national dish of Vietnam, is cheap and can be found everywhere. And although primarily a breakfast dish, the Vietnamese consume tonnes of it at any time of the day.
