| 説明 | Brittany Blue. The fourth generation Thunderbirds, the ‘Jet Birds’ were built from 1964-66, although pretty much unchanged underneath, the shape was restyled with a more squared off sharp look. Dual headlights, a low-placed sweeping grille with horizontal bars stretching from end to end, deeply sculptured sides and large rectangular taillights.. The interior was truly space age, with chrome and aluminium accents, jet-inspired instrument panel, slim-line front bucket seats and wrap around rear seating . Available as a Hardtop (Standard or Landau) or Convertible. (The Landau had a vinyl roof and simulated S-bars on the rear pillars). 1965 saw a mild facelift to the grille with more prominent vertical lines and different chrome to the sides. Front disc brakes became standard and sequential turn signals were added.Engine; 275hp 9 Code or 300hp Z Code 390 cu in V8 |
