| 説明 | A derelict hulk lies in the mud at low water near Tranmere Slipway, River Mersey, 02.11.2018. This must have been someones pride and joy a long time ago. Sad to see her lying abandoned like this. The extended handrails on the aft deck indicate this may have been MCA Coded at some point; the additional rail is required to increase the overall gunwhale height to 1.2 metres, which is a requirement of the coding protocol in order to carry fare-paying passengers, amongst other increased (and legally mandated) safety enhancements. |
