| 説明 | Like many of the bridges in Cork City it is functional rather than attractive and while the area may be interesting with plenty of history I found the modern bridge itself to be of little interest other it allows one to cross the river Lee without getting wet.There have been a number of bridges at this location. The current bridge was named Griffith Bridge in honour of Arthur Griffith who was a famous Politician in Ireland in the early 1920s. Until a few minutes it was not even named on Google Maps. |
