説明Okay so here is my big huge rant/explanation/story;On average, 3,200 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer every week.39% of Canadian women will develop cancer during their lifetimes.Hair loss is a common side effect of chemotherapy, a cancer treatment.I was closely affected cancer even though it was at a young age I am still impacted by it everyday. Hair loss is obviously only one of the many burdens a cancer patient must face. But it can be very stressful for some people, and they choose to buy a wig made of natural hair. I decided to grow my hair out for this again, (have done it once before) because apparently it takes six ponytails to make one wig,so there is plenty of demand out there. My personal goal is to donate my hair at least four more in my life time so it is equal to one wig. The average hair growth per month is half-one inch,so you could be closer than you think to being an elligable donor. If you are looking into donating your hair, or growing it so you can donate it be sure to look for a legitimate program and read the fine print. Some associations don't guarantee your hair will be used for a wig for cancer patients therefore they can sell it. If you want to ask anyyyything about this just flickrmail me.:) beautiful lengths website.PLUS: My hair dries in 20 minutes now,so I can shower in the morning *party time*and I don't have to brush it,and if I feel like straightening it,Im done in10 minutes :D
