| 説明 | JOINT BASE CAP CODE, Ma. â The Command of the oldest state run military training academy changed hands here, October 15, 2016. Col. John J. Driscoll received command today from outgoing commander Col. Robert A. Dwan. During the ceremony, the colors are passed from the outgoing commander to the incoming, symbolizing the passing of command and that the unit is never left without leadership. Driscoll will be responsible for leading the RTI as it continues its rich history of providing a variety of leadership and military occupational skill training to Army, Army Reserve and Army National Guard Soldiers. |
