| 説明 | More than 300 North Carolina National Guard Soldiers from the 690th Brigade Support Battalion, 514th, 1132nd and 210th Military Police Company on state active duty continue Hurricane Matthew operations throughout eastern North Carolina. The NCNG Soldiers staged out of the Kinston, North Carolina armory and on order from the Governor of North Carolina deployed to Lumberton, Whiteville, Tarboro, Farmville and Kinston under the authority of local government officials. We have a task force that has been mobilized for hurricane relief and they are true professionals being ready to be called up for the citizens of North Carolina,” said Army Lt. Col. Ed Wallace, commander of the 690th BSB. Soldiers since reporting for duty have convoyed hundreds of miles delivering supplies and equipment, surveying roads and meeting with civic leaders to plan future civil support missions.
