| 説明 | The rhizomatous non-stoloniferous growth habit, broad and long leaves (about 1 cm wide and over 5 cm long) with several prominent longitudinally oriented veins, and involucre that is predominantly whitish, in part because of a covering of dense whitish hairs, combine to distinguish this sagebrush-steppe-inhabiting species. Inhabiting relatively undisturbed settings in the sagebrush steppe. This site lies in the sagebrush steppe just south of the Pole Creek Ranger Station toward the Slide Creek campground, Jarbidge Mountains. |
