| 説明 | Relaxing back at the hotel room in Chandigarh in the pm. At the fag end of my trip in Nov. 2017- I had taken a break from solo traveling at my brother's request, to join him and my sis in law for a trip to northern India. We had finished Amritsar and the India- Pakistan border at Wagah (see separate albums from these two destinations under my profile-photos- albums). We are now in Chandigarh, still in northern India, at the fag end of my trip. I have survived dusty Indian cities, traveling with company for change, intensive photography and having to make do with a defective 18-200 lens and an oil stained lens filter thanks to a kid who pushed his hands into it at the Golden Temple in Amritsar after receiving a rather oily (well, clarified butter or 'ghee' laden sweet dish made from semolina flour actually). I did get a chance to do a spot of solo travel on the last day however as my brother took ill and did not want to leave the hotel and my sis in law wandered off on her own to look up her son who stays in a college hostel on the edge of town. So having re-grouped at the end of the day, my brother took this candid shot of me as we were exchanging notes of the day's activities back in our hotel that evening.
