| 説明 | SEO/BirdLife has chosen the red duck (Netta rufina) as Ave of the Year 2008 as symbol of the Spanish aquatic birds and the humid areas where they inhabit. These fragile ecosystems suffer an important loss of quality of the waters, when not the direct drying, because of the excessive exploitation of the aquifers for irrigable and the droughts more and more accused. Their good conservation state is crucial for all the aquatic species that reproduce and the winter they pass in our country, like it is the case of the red duck. Classified in the Red Book of the Ave of Spain like vulnerable species, the red duck is since one of the most characteristic anátids in Spain like reproducer in the best years it ends up reaching the 4.000 couples, varying considerably in function of the levels of water. In our country it raises mainly in the swamps of the Guadalquivir, lagoons of The Stain, Lagoon of Valencia, coast lagoons of Alicante and delta of the Ebro. Occasionally in Aragon, The Rioja, Murcia, Extremadura, Madrid, Navarrese and Balearic. The invernants censuses contemplate around 14.000 copies (according to census of 2006). The European population doesn't overcome the 27.000 couples, most of which you/he/she raises in Rumanía, European Russia, Turkey and Spain. |
