You prepare the wood-heated sauna as you arrive, enjoy the smell and silence for the next 2 hours, get some birch branches to whip yourself and others with later (helps blood circulation, refresh feeling and nice smell :] ), have a beer by the lake... then spend 2-3 hours alternating between the 80-something degree C sauna and the 19°C lake...
