| 説明 | The involucral bracts are narrow, glandular, numerous, and approximately all equal in length and the petalls are numerous and overlapping. These are traits of Erigeron, but the late summer flowering and the broad ray petals (about 2 mm broad) are distinctive traits of Aster species. Thus, subalpine fleabane is distinctive in combining morphological and ecological traits of Erigeron and Aster sensu lato. This site lies at the headwaters of the South Fork of Teton Creek, west of Buck Mountain, in the Teton Range. |
