| 説明 | ...is the name of this sculpture by Belgian artist Guillaume Bijl. Ironically it is placed right opposite the Wuppertal tax and revenue office. Meanwhile some moronic person has broken the neck tie of this man. The building in the background are the headquarters of the former "Glanzstoff" company (which changed its name several times).
