| 説明 | The Town Hall, which houses the Asiatic Society of Bombay and the State Central Library. Built in 1830 in Greek and Roman architectural styles.Located in South Mumbai's historic Fort Area. The name, Fort Area, is derived from Fort St. George which was built by the British in the 1700s and demolished in the 1860s.
