| 説明 | At the back is a fruit loaf which was supposed to be made with mollasses but I didn't have any so used brown sugar instead. Not quite the best result but not bad.At the back on the right are the infamous cheese baps.Both use recipies from the Cranks' recipie book. At the front another white cob from Bread from Cibbatta to Rye.I personally find the crumb a little dry on the standard white bread from that book and latter I found that mixing in some olive oil (rubbed into the flour) gave it a much softer crumb. |
