| 説明 | A delegation from Saudi Arabia visited with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District in Las Vegas July 28. Of particular interest to the group was the District's longtime partner in area flood risk management projects, the Clark County Regional Flood Control District. LA District Commander Col. Kirk Gibbs briefed the group on the size and scope of work performed by the District and Rick Leifield, chief of the Engineering Division, spoke about the Corps' work with the local sponsor. Steve Parrish, CCRFCD General Manager, provided an overview of the regional flood control system and led a tour of joint projects around the area. |
