| 説明 | This is an utterly unintentional optical illusion. It appears that the centre of the image stands up but it is, in fact, a small 'crater'.The image is of a 20mm square part of a Cuttlefish I found on Skar Beach, port Talbot. I t has a small indentation that I suspect is the result of some burrowing parasite. The item had been on the beach long enough for there to be algae growing & thus highlighting the contours in the original shell growth.Natural for Macro Mondays |
