| 説明 | Maryland Army National Guard aviation conducts sling-load operations in the Ellicott City and Linwood areas to assist Howard County with its emergency repair of a ruptured sewer line on Aug. 3, 2016. The mission is to move an 8,000 pound pump among with ancillary materials and equipment to a remote area along the Sucker Branch Creek in Howard County using a CH-47 Chinook helicopter. The area is not accessible by vehicles and the county is in the process of building a road to the location of the leak.
