| 説明 | Taken on a walk from Wetton, past Thor's Cave, then up to Wetton Mill. from there I took the path through Dale Farm, and up past the 'Sugar Loaf' towards Broad Ecton farm. Before reaching the farm I turned right on a track down to the 'Back of Ecton' road, and then up over the saddle of Wetton hill back to the village.Only 7.7km, but 385 metres of ascent shown (OS map corrected altitudes) on my 'Viewranger' application on the tablet.This is the "decaying wisdom tooth" outcrop of Nan Tor, accessible from behind the Wetton Mill cafe. It is worth an explore. The top of the rock is partially open to the sky. |
