Originally, it served as a private pool for the neighboring Hotel Lutetia before it was requisitioned by the Gestapo in 1940, during the occupation of Paris. Then it became a public pool after the war.Closed to the public in the 1970s, it has housed since November 2010, a Hermès concept store, which opened its first and largest luxury space on Paris left bank.Arch.
