| 説明 | We have visited Lahinch in County Clare before with photographs showing its golf and aviation connections. This excellent shot from the Lawrence stable of the strand and the Town itself is an ideal one for this forum as there is so much going on both in the foreground and at a distance. It looks like a lovely summers day? Shortly after we posted this image, BeachcomberAustralia was quick to remind us that we had posted a similar image - 7 looong years ago :) In the comments on that original image, Thomondrow had told us that the Golf Links Hotel (seen on the cliff top here) was built in 1896.
